More than a house is a statement of style and personality. Never a prefabricated house impressed us both with an innovative design but very functional, clean lines and at the same time a very strong personality. "O Sole Mio" in GriffnerHaus is a prefabricated house from now on the market back in 1993, but the fruit of the pencil lines architect Matteo Thun are still relevant today as they were drawn yesterday.
GriffnerHaus is certainly one of the largest and best known manufacturers of prefabricated houses, and the Austrian company - is headquartered in Carinthia - now boasts a few thousand homes built throughout Europe. O sole mio is undoubtedly his most famous house, the business card that has attracted over the years certainly a lot 'of customers.
The house is spacious and bright with a plant open space with the exterior dominated by wood and glass, and especially the large windows facing south become the focal point of design, forward-only and able to heat the house the heat of its rays during the winter. The house however is not one of those sold in fixed plant, but you can customize dimensions and internal arrangements, to suit you, replace the internal walls and changing the allocation of rooms.
A key feature of the operating philosophy GriffnerHaus is the use of biocompatible materials: wood, structure, the loft in the staircase and the floor, pulp and cork, used as insulating materials. The internal parts of wood treated with natural oils and waxes, act as igroregolatori: taking because the humidity of the environment and returning gradually encourage the creation of a truly healthy and pleasant indoor climate.
The prefabricated house "O Sole Mio" has a Mediterranean character, a sober and elegant spaces bathed in sunlight and without load-bearing walls, with a style characterized by its roof with a flap. The facade has a variable configuration, since it is possible to orient at will the various elements parasol, changing the lighting of the rooms.
O Sole Mio is available with surfaces between 150 sqm and 240 sqm.
